Purity Spring Resort

The front desk person called us to insure our check in would go smoothly. She went out of her way to help us, including finding an off-season swimsuit from another resort property for my forgetful husband. This made a huge difference in his first outing since foot and knee orthopedic surgeries. Very accommodating staff and a beautiful setting!

The lake is spectacular. It has a nice sandy beach. Although I was not traveling with children, I intend to return with my grandchildren. There are lots of recreational opportunities right there.

Beds and linens and room amenities are excellent. Decor could be updated a little. Staff are lovely and location is very handy for us to drop kids to camp

This place was phenomenal. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with smiles and laughs. While canoeing out on the lake, a staff member in a kayak even shared about the local wildlife. The lodging was simple but homey. Slightly confusing layout but with their map, it’s a breeze! Our room was incredibly clean and kept cool. Our bed had three sheets on it, one even being used as the bottom instead of a fitted sheet, which was odd but make no difference. The restaurant on sight had a limited menu but that was to be expected with it slowly opening back up. The food was delicious. The chocolate chip cookies are a must! The resort offers information and a lists of sights and excursions in the area which is super helpful. The property offers so much to do that if we’d wanted, we could have spent our entire trip there and stayed busy!
